I dropped Kate off at her place in Evanston around 5:15 Saturday afternoon. We both agreed it was worth the trip, even if we couldn't stay the whole weekend. I stayed at Susan's Saturday night and picked everyone up in a timely fashion, after lots of sleep, Sunday morning. The Lake County Folk Festival was not as highly attended as Goderich. On the other hand, Margaret, Kate and I got to do a great ballad workshop with the incomparable Kat Eggleston. She ought to be invited to Goderich some year, you'll be in for a treat if you do. Main stage set was nice, too.
