I have this book.
Tell me why you got the abuse. Was it because of the content? Or because you didn't use breaks and hence it was reduced to a bunch of words run together? If it was the former, then to hell with them. If it was the latter, I understand what they were upset about. What you posted here is not usable. If I had an edit button, I would fix them. But they should be posted one at a time, not all in one post, and certainly not all run on together. If you don't know how to do breaks, please consult the html threads.
