Hi folks, thanks to all of you for the tremendous amount of heartfelt support for Justine & me. Justine tried to keep me updated on the posts as best she could. I on the other hand was so dopey, sleepy, weak & completely out of it, I really didn't get a good solid chance to read & take in all those posts up until recently. The transplant team tells me that they're pleased with how the new liver took right to me, we're fast friends now. I had no clew that the 2nd transplant didn't take & after 7 comatose days received a 3rd, what a killer, eh. I guess that 3rd time round is a charm though. What a roller coaster ride. Thanks for seeing me through it.
I'm home now & I'm able to get around a good bit better, though negoacating the stairs is still a challenge. My voice has taken a beaten but it's slowly improving as am the rest of me. Things are going & looking so well (at least for the near future) that Justine & I are dead set on making it to the Getaway this year.


I'm fading fast so I'm gonna go & get some rest. Again, I can't thank you guys enough for all your support & seeing me through this, love you all & hope to see & hear you at the Getaway.
