As for the book -- I own it. I also own the FM the US Army produced on improvised explosives, "The Poor Man's James Bond," "Instinct Shooting," "The Anarchist's Handbook," McGivern on plain and fancy pistol shooting, and others. Why not? Owning Krafft-Ebbing doesn't make me a sexual deviant and owning several books of music doesn't make me a world-renowned musician.
