If you use microsoft Word, there is an 'Insert' to click on, which then lets you click on 'Symbol', and lots of letters appear with lots of different accents already on them as well as Greek and Russian letters. when you have composed your message using these you can paste it into the message for posting on mudcat. There may be an easier way, but that's the one I've discovered.
