Which reminds me of a call & response children's cheer that I collected from Pittsburgh, PA area in 1997. The group repeats each line after the leader recites it:

How funky is the chicken.

How loose is the goose.

So come'on everybody

and shake your caboose.

Yeah, shake your caboose.

Of course 'caboose' means "buttocks"; "butt".
