I was stuck in the same traffic clot, but luckily was next to a big-ass motor home that provided a bit of shade. They had all the messy bits off the road by the time I got there. In fact, there was nothing blocking the road at all except for rubber-neckers.

I have to tell people, this was probably one of the crappiest circle sings that SINS ever hosted, and a good time was had by all. Many of the songs were very moving and took guts to produce. In the anals of session-hood, this one goes down as a solid, nicely rounded one and I am still flushed with the experience.

Now I'll have to see if there are any uses for Wild Irish Rose beyond getting knee-walkin', commode huggin' blotto and pissing one's raggedy self in a squalid, noisome alley or college dorm.
