dianavan, not all BNP members act in a way that is unlawful. Freedom of speech is to be considered.( I know david is going to point this out and can't stand the wait).

But should a BNP member act in a way that is racially offensive, then he should lose his job, with no recourse to trade union defence. As should any individual whether acting out of support of a political party or not.
