Probably the most interesting Conservative politician over here in the past thirty years, was the Bavarian thug Franz Josef Strauß. His offspring are currently having their troubles for continuing the family traditions of corruption and gun running. After his death, Franz Josef Strauß's crimes (including running guns to the DDR) came out. You can't tell Conservative Bavarians that he was anything other than a saint though. There is actually a Franz Josef Strauß airport! Perhaps we should build a Jonathon Aitken Museum (stocked with weapons and papers showing how to smuggle them with lists of prostitutes addresses). How about a Robert Maxwell Museum, which would exhibit forged certificates and faked evidence... No.. here's a better idea. Maybe the Bavarians should erect a Franz Josef Strauß Public Toilet. Then we could all leave our tribute!
