Good to see MIDItext being used. I copied your MIDI file and found it included an accompaniment. I used my sequencer to delete all but the melody with the result below.

Your MIDI also had a tempo of 55 which upset the ABC part of MID2txt somewhat (it only does a very simple minded ABC conversion). Changing back to 110 or 100 worked fine, see below.
