The 3 points and £60 is just the start of it. I got caught by a couple of mobile cameras on the A1 (no big yellow warning signs that day !) three years ago and have had to pay hiked up insurance rates on two cars ever since. Generally agree that you've only got yourself to blame if you get caught but it does seriously niggle that the moron who sat three feet off my tail at seventy mph the same day was technically legal and went home with a clean licence. Probably a discussion for a different thead..
