Never mind. The Legion has decided not to issue the RFP. They were under the impression that tea cozies were something other than what they are. Something about "Mr. T," beer kegs, mummy-style sleeping bags, and various deviant sexual practices involving pikas and/or orcas -- it not really very clear right now, and The Colonel is still a little under the weather (if you know what I mean).
