Canada has a thing called 'photo radar'. Basically, it takes a picture of the rear of yer vehicle. The registered owner of the car receives a ticket in the mail based on how much over the speed limit the vehicle was travelling. NO points go against the license because it cannot be proved exactly WHO was driving. I got two of them over the years. The car was being driven by some balding guy. NO idea who it was.
