Pianos are too heavy for me to heft with amy Dicky Back (and Dicky Knee wouldn't help much either), but if you can lure the unwitting bludgee to stand on the spot marked 'X', then you should be able to suspend the thing from a pulley on the 3rd floor.

120 Bass Accordions are too heavy (too much inertia) to get a good swing - the bludgee would be well away. I suggest any form of 'button accordion' - a melodion would be fine...

I do have an Indian Harmonium which would only need a slight runup, like a caber tosser.
