Somebody probably already beat me to it. Country Joe McDonald and the Fish, "I-Feel-Like-I'm-Fixin'-to-Die Rag." (click). They called it the "Fish Cheer," but I don't think I ever heard them spell it F-I-S-H. I listened to the FM stations. Maybe they had a different version for AM.
