Give the kid some room - you are still acting the part of some, kewl, wanna groove, 60's chick....sorry to be the one say...BUTT....The World has moved..... one or thirteen squares past YOUR percieved reality.

Permit the child to research, on his own, and write on his own....and his selections will probably be a better mirror of the reality of the time....than your twisted "wanna-be" nirvana.
