To all my friends here at mudcat.After spending 4 years on an aircraft carrier in WW 2 in the south pacific I was discharged in Febuary 1946 and immediately went to work in the logging industry.I had a slight injury and when I was seeing the doctor the loveliest lady I'd ever seen was his nurse and I fell in love right then and I knew that was the person I wanted to be with the rest of my life and believe it or not the feeling was mutual.Before I left the hospital I made sure I could see her again and we have been together ever since
