So, why were you charged with distribution if you 'weren't caught' distributing the racist literature?

I know you have said you 'weren't caught,' but that isn't the same as not having distributed them is it. Have you ever distributed those leaflets?

I know it's early to be picky but a definitive answer would let us move on with the discussion.
