HP sauce ingredients look VERY much like A-1 sauce and several other sauces. Molasses, Tamarinds, spices..etc. I know stores where I have the choice of 20-30 different sauces used for garnishing meats and other items....some hot 'n spicy, some sweet, some tart....every flavor you could want......but that damn cornsyrup is hard to avoid.
