If getting a bus from Hudds get off at "Bargate", Linthwaite, and walk up the steep hill to the Sair. This proper Yorkshire pub,over 300 yrs old, is a micro-brewery serving 10 real ales and has 4 seperate rooms which are ideal for undisturbed musician sessions or sing-arounds (or both!) The day starts at 1.00pm with morris dancing outside and rolls seamlessly into an evening of playing/singing till 11.00pm. Take-away food can be ordered and eaten in the pub to help keep body and soul together.
