The fact is that Bush and people like Larry K are trying to make Blanco a scapegoat for policies at the federal level that have failed. Proof of this is the fact that the people in Mississippi who were affected by this storm are just as upset with FEMA as the ones in Louisiana. You can't blame what happened in Mississippi on the governor of Louisiana.
