As I suggested, most of what there is to say has been said already. This is a very old thread, recently revived by someone who presumably hadn't bothered to read the others.
If there's genuinely new information to be had, by all means add it; but please don't just repeat what has already been said. That will only make it harder for people who come looking for information in the future to find what they need.
