we have a saying in our family...."don't bother me unless that cat's on fire"..First, you are supposed to know when the fire if on and if the cat might get up on the stove get NEAR the fire...and IF the cat's on fire, you don't call the family members together, decide whether the fire is big enough and look up in Google the proper procedure for cat fires...you THROW SOME WATER ON THE CAT!.

Certain of these principles were misunderstood by FEMA and other officials who were supposed to be watching the cat.
