Exactly, Don. I've been saying that ever since about a year after it happened. Without a "loyal opposition" on the World stage to keep them somewhat honest, the rich oligarchs of the West have gone totally out of control in their mad search for yet more riches, and their trashing of our society and its democratic traditions. Russia is now run by the Mafia, and America is now run by something equally evil, and far more powerful...uncontrolled corporatism. The $ySStem has, in fact, gone completely mad.
