Well, the thought the US might be at greater risk because of the anniversary never even occurred to me, even when the woman I mention above said the word "boxcutter" always reminded her of 9/11. My birthday is Sept 12th. But this year, the "anniversary" wasn't on my radar at all. In fact, I was kind of surprised to hear we are already at the 4th anniversary.
