SO FARE YE WELL was recorded by The Highwaymen. It was written by Gil Robbins, a member of The Highwaymen. It's on the album "Michael, Row the Boat Ashore: The Best of The Highwaymen," Alliance CD 96334, 1996. As far as I can tell, no one else ever recorded it. Here's my transcription of a sound sample found at Allmusic.com:
