Thanks freda, for reminding me about Keith McKenry's poem. I had forgotten about it, even though I had it saved on my computer. The poem is in his book 'The Folklore of Terrorism: Songs, Poems and Sketches from a Crazy World' (Fanged Wombat Productions, Canberra 2003), and it has also been transformed into a song by Bruce Watson. The song is on Bruce's CD, 'A Moving Feast'.
