The amazing thing is that there are so many people in the States who still appear determined to see nothing wrong.

I mean, I could understand people saying a plague on both your houses, Bush and his mates are no worse than the other ones would be, and the responsibility for what has gone wrong applies to people in both political camps.

But the fact that there are still so mnay people who actually think its been handled well - it just beggars imagination. What would it take?
