Just found a wonderful link to a site about the Bengal Folk Band, which, in the 60's, spent time living with Timothy Leary, and whose members were also close firends of Allen Ginsburg, who visited India with them and published a book with translated poetry from one of their spiritual leaders.

One of them had a reel-to-reel tape which was made in San Francisco in the 60's which he has lugged from place to place, including Vancouver and back to India. After all these years, they have finally master a CD and will be offering copies of this tape. They are calling it Sounds of Bengali Baul nad Spirituals from the 60's San Francisco, USA.
