Yes, it has the ring of an Urban Legend, but then again there might be some truth in it (of course, that's what an urban legend is). Some of the corporate broadcasting megachains ARE known to have all sorts of weird criteria for selecting songs (or deselecting them). After all, they value music only for its ability to make money. It it might upset somebody, it might not make money.
