Alice ... I was channel surfing and didn't see anything like that, which surprised me, too. I was expecting something from your part of the US, Alaska, or Canada ... but nothing. I read in the Fairbanks Daily New-Miner online that Fairbanks was threatening to cancel their festivities because of bad weather. It was an editorial regarding lack of conviction. Having lived there recently for six years, the editorial was right on. A sad statement, indeed ... moonchild
