Humph. Idaho is more than potatoes, much, much, more. Why, Idaho is the second-largest producer of lentils in the United States! And quite a lot of barley is also grown here -- unfortunately, most if it is then sold to Budweiser (the grain deserves a better fate). But, if you absolutely MUST identify Idaho with spuds, this version tops them all.
