But I have to ask again -- how well do LEDs do in cold weather (below 0 C.)? Because we do have cold weather here, and sometimes it gets a LOT colder than 0 C., even as low at -30 C. (that's -22 F.) or more.

I am assuming that the batteries are kept warm.
