Thread Name: Lyr Req: I Love Everybody (in my heart)
Subject: RE: Lyr Req: 'I Love Everybody'
"I LOVE EVERYBODY I LOVE EVERYBODY

I love everybody I love everybody,
I love everybody in my heart (2x)
I can never doubt him I can never doubt him,
I can never doubt him in my heart(2x)"

"To us this may be pious poetry but to these people it is reality.

. . .these people were able to sing: 'I love everybody in my heart. . . .I love George Wallace in my heart. . . . I love Jim Clark in my heart. . . .I love the State troopers in my heart. . . .' And their leaders again and again repeat their guiding philosophy of non~violence."

Google the title "I Love Everybody in My Heart". I think it was a hymn that was used during the civil rights era in the US. One of those things where ya added a verse on the spot. Singout Magazine also has a version: "I Love Everybody in My Heart .......... v.15#3 ... p.12"
