Complaining about winter is a competitive sport here in Alaska. But in all truthfulness, it is a magnificent time of year. I moved up here from Yuma, Arizona where the summer temps reach over 120 F many times during the summers. There ain't no way to dress for heat like that. When it gets freezy cold here in wintertime, we just plan more music gettogethers around a nice cozy fireplace. I guess I'll stay up here for awhile longer. But I'm not giving up my right to complain.
