The supposition that the heckler was not fully mentally capable does not appear to be backed by any evidence. As such is it a somewhat disgraceful discriminatory assumption - a prejudice.

If the fault was that of the volunteer stewards, why did no-one correct it at the time? Who gave the volunteer stewards powers under the Prevention of Terrorism Act? There appears to be no justification for any thought of terrorist activity - is there? That being so why should restraint (even temporary) under the Prevention of Terrorism Act be possible?
