Jenny, that saying was one of the great pieces of philosophy I picked up at the Kripaula Institute in Massachussetts. That's a former monastery where the residents do lots of organic feeding, yoga and health stuff.
It is a great thing to keep in mind, but it's very hard to really internalize.
