Nice looking site. A couple of thoughts:

What you are doing with frames could easily be done with tables and a bit of thought, on a small site like yours (and it would look better)

If you are going to use the "mailto" function, then please put the full address on the page. Many of us use web based email, and copy and paste email addresses from websites. Your approach doesn't work for us.

Oh, and it's "Nic Jones" not "Nick"
