Labour is never as right wing or as devoted to looting the country for the stinking rich as the tories.

But you have to live at the bottom of the heap in society for a while to know that. You have to be one of the people Peter Lilley sneered in that parody of Gilbert and Sullivan at a tory party conference.

Labour isn't perfect. Its a stark choice at times, but it really is the choice.

tell yourself anything else and you're playing into the hands of the slimeball press barons, who are waiting in the wings. As long as I live I believe the Daily Mail will have the key to my soul - i just have to see any one of their headlines any day, and I'm glaring at the enemy.

Blackmail be damned - its me that's under pressure, and when folks spontaneously take up the Mail's causes (like with this old tosser) - it just astounds me.
