Wasn't it Rupert Murdoch who slung his hook behind the labour party, which then saw (sky) Football games being allowed to be shown without a license in pubs, to rowdy football crowds, while over the past few years, live accoustic music sessions have been closed down throughout England and Wales, for want of a license.
