The previous government put a moritorium on the practice, but I wouldn't be surprized if its occurring again. Haven't talked to my cousin about it recently, as it is a touchy subject between the two of us. No matter what you do, it effects someone's livelihood somewhere.

Perhaps the high cost of fuel could restart processing closer to home. But whichever way it goes, you can be damned sure, it is whatever that best serves the greed of the multinationals that will direct the issue.
