We have two differnt concepts here, not counting the other ones. We gave low rise jeans that, with stretch materieal, are VERY comfortable to those of us who don't have fat butts and teeny waists, because that's what they make traditional style jeans like. You get a bigger size and the butt gets bigger but the waist stays the same. Anyway, stretch jeans with the 'waist' just barely below the belly button. And then you wear a longish shirt.

THEN you have what Clinton's talking about. The jeans that, I would assume, one had to shave for. The ones that would show your tan lines from your string bikini. I do know women my age who wear them (well, not quite THAT low) and look good. I am not one. I wasn't one when I was 16.
