Some very good points raised by everyone and I am sure we could debate them for ever more. Indeed I would love to join in, but the debate is probably best left to another time and thread.

If we are not careful we will drift away from the thread title "Music 4 Meningitis" and all the efforts of the people who attended, both audience and musicians who contributed to the evening.
