Hang on - you've got a resonator, but you want something to play fingerstyle blues guitar on? Is something wrong with this picture...?

If you want a more woody blues sound, just for variety, there's no need to spend much money. But a Taylor should be versatile enough to play blues on.

Instead, why not get something that's different from the other two, like a 12-string? Plenty of good blues players used them. And that'll give you an instrument with a completely different tonal repertoire, rather than something that's just *slightly* different.
