I don't think it's a rhyme in its own right; just the cd title, presumably made from the two obvious titles run together. All the listed tracks are well-known standards, though I wouldn't really describe "If you're happy and you know it" as a nursery rhyme.

As Joe says, the Opies are the standard authority, and they provide variants and real background/historical information (as opposed to the modern myths so often circulated as "fact" nowadays).

If you prefer something less scholarly, then there are any number of books, ranging from the useful to the completely ridiculous. Perhaps other people will recommend some.
