I,ve read through the winners for five years back, and am very disappointed to find that the efforts of G.W. Bush do not appear to have been recognised.
It may be, however, that he has been involved as a subject of research, giving rise to the award in 2003 of a prize for Psychology to Gian Vittorio Caprara and Claudio Barbaranelli of the University of Rome, and Philip Zimbardo of Stanford University.
The prize was for their discerning report entitled "Politicians Uniquely Simple Personalities".
