This is an inaccurate and highly questionable report, and I must - with all due respect - demand verification of the credentials (if any) of the purported "Dr Lovelace."

The description is so patently "screwed up" that the good doctor relates that victims have contracted it after having been screwed and then proceeds to describe symptoms almost never encountered in the screwees and limited entirely and almost exclusively to the screwers, whom he does not cite as being in any way victims.

It should further be evident even to lay persons that there is nothing new about this particular STD, as it has been well known and is fully documented as being ubiquitous in any business organization having more than a single layer of management, with suspect transmission even in many sole-proprietor shops.

While it is common for medical students to be so immersed in their studies that they lose contact with the real world, even the most naive person in any field of medicine should be able to recount numerous instances dating the their first meeting with "a resident." Perhaps if the good Dr.(?) Lovelace reaches residency he will understand that "pre-meds" aren't quite the "knowitalls" they think they are. They will know instinctively that the ailment is progressive if they're (un)fortunate ever to have a "Doctor" visit them on rounds; and this universal understanding of the syndrome accounts for there being no requirement to include it in any curriculum.

And lastly, this has nothing to do with SEX. The correct "translation" is that this is a SYSTEM TRANSMITTED DISORDER.

It appears anywhere someone claims to "be part of the system."
