In the UK the Queens peace...or shortly "The peace" is the 'normal' state of society...and any interruption of that peace and good order is considered a "Breech of the peace". This would be an offence!
Do paedophiles have the right to speak? Do murderers have the right to speak? Where do we draw a line?
