'hate speech' that promotes any discriminatory harassment directed at any specific human or group of humans that has the purpose or reasonably foreseeable effect of creating an offensive, demeaning, intimidating, or hostile environment for that human or group of humans should not be tolerated period … it is verbal bullying, which has the purpose of evolving into physical bullying or much, much worse … this I feel is not a gray area.

The right to bear arms does not legally give one the legal right to point a gun directly at anyone in an offensive manner…. 'hate speech' is not (I feel) dissimilar to that analogy.
