ye gods - what can I add to the above? Thank you to all who let me babble on about my family wedding - since I was using the Getaway as a wedding recovery centre - and thanks for not ribbing me when I had to fade early from the late night sessions. Next year I plan on being really back in the swing of things -

I stand in awe of a man who literally sounds like he is sawing wood when asleep - VERY entertaining to wake up and hear that going on - and he alternates between a chainsaw and a ripsaw! Didn't bother me at all, just impressed.

Ebbie - your presence isn't "accepted" - it's a VITAL and NECESSARY part of the whole experience. and KT -- lets just say more then once I have seen the smoking crowd by the entrance STUB OUT THEIR BUTTS UNSMOKED and go running inside at the sound of your voice...

Janice's 'Rubby Ducky' is incredible - the Saturday Night Ladies Review was spectaular; the sheer quantity and quality of the music that occurs all over the getaway is incredulous.

something new for me is to have people tell me after workshops or other times I sang comments like "I was hoping you'd do xxxxxxx, thank you!" heck - Amos says he's the music slut? my arm twists so easy it might as well be a snap-it tool. Just ask!

Finally facilitating a workshop with people attending it (I have helped twice before - both workshops with essentially zero attendence.

The ladies let me off so lightly this year though - makes me nervous. Probably their intention.
